My name is Farrah Forster. I am a Certified Permanent Makeup Artist and Licensed Cosmetologist. I have 20+ years working in the medical field and beauty industry.

We ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will results in loss of deposit.
